Activities to respond the message of international day of Red Cross -8/5 “Work together for humanity”.
Associations from district to fundamental levels have organized many practical activities on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Martyr and Wounded Soldier day 27th July,2007.
They are planning the program of disaster prevention, preparing the essential conditions to confront disasters or natural calamities which may happen in the flood season, 2007, launching the month of acting for disabled people, orphan children, organizing some events for the International children’s day 1st June,2007, and checking the Red Cross activities in the schools to prepare for the year review.
Since 20th April,2007, many differently ranking associations in the district have been holding many practical activities to respond the message of 8/5 international day of Red Cross “ Work together for humanity” to support the people in specially difficult situations in the region.
On 2nd May, 2007, ThanhHoa Red Cross organizes the conference of the permanent provincial association department to appreciate the 1st quarter’s activities, deploys the plan of the 50th anniversary of Thanh hoa Red Cross establishment and discusses the plan for raising fund for Dioxin victims in the region.
The provincial Red Cross co-ordinates with Committee for Population, Education and Children to check the children and pupils in difficult situations to offer presents and scholarships on the occasion of the International children’s day 1 st June, 2007

Request us to:
Provide wheelchairs and shakingchairs for the disabled people in
specially difficult situations.
Provide the program of rural waste disposal (make a model).
Provide training program to improve the community’s ability of preventing
and confronting disasters and natural
calamities.
Upgrade the infrastructure for the
Catastrophic Prevention Center
People need help:
Mr Le Anh Quang - Congenitial dwarf malformation, already finished
the course of informatics pedagogy and can work properly. His family is in a very
hard condition and need help from
organizations and agencies that can recommend
him a stable job and support him to buy a 3- wheel motorbike for active travel
to work.
