Provide wheelchairs and shakingchairs for the disabled people in specially difficult situations.
Provide the program of rural waste disposal (make a model). Provide training program to improve the community’s ability of preventing and confronting disasters and natural
calamities.
Upgrade the infrastructure for theCatastrophic Prevention Center

Mr Le Anh Quang - Congenitial dwarf malformation, already finished the course of informatics pedagogy and can work properly. His family is in a very hard condition and need help from organizations and agencies that can recommend him a stable job and support him to buy a 3- wheel motorbike for active travel to work.
